Please note - The shipping fee will not be refunded, but only the value of the item(s) in the order.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition as they were when you received them. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled, misused or in any cases likewise.

All refunds will be made via the same method as the order was placed. You will receive a refunding confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is acknowledged by us. Please allow 1-2 business days for refunding to your account.

Please note - Any shipping fee you pay to return your parcel to us will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to return items in appropriate and secure package and we are not responsible for any losses or damages which may cause in transit.

Any items that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by e-mailing to fashionunion@hotmail.com or e2luxury@hotmail.com. And please remember to include your name, address and telephone number.

Please note - Once the parcel has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier company, we will not be responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered. But we will compensate all the loss to you according to our compensation policy.
